How quickly can I expect to lose weight on your program?

First of all, you shouldn’t focus on weight loss. BURN THE FAT, FEED THE MUSCLE is a FAT LOSS program, not a weight loss program. Weight loss is the wrong goal.
Losing weight too quickly is one of the biggest mistakes you could ever make because rapid weight loss slows down your metabolism and causes muscle loss. You may get instant gratification from quick weight loss programs, but you’ll damage your metabolism and always gain back the weight in the long run.
